SMACTAlk (Supporting Mothers of Adult Children)

Mothering doesn’t end when your children become adults — it simply changes. Whether you’re experiencing deep joy, quiet worry, or ongoing disappointment, you are not alone. SMACTalk is a place to find biblical encouragement and supportive community with women who understand this season. We meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
This month Laura Lyn Bell, a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in grief counseling, will compassionately address the unique grief many moms carry. She’ll walk us through practical “Grieve the Reality” steps, grounded in Scripture and shaped by personal experience. This evening will also offer encouragement as she reminds us of the beautiful, God-given opportunity to bless our adult children through private prayer—trusting the Lord to lead and empower us as mothers. Come connect with other moms who understand, and find hope, healing, and encouragement for your heart.
